Peanut protein Flour ( PPF ) is a kind of plant protein with high nutritive value, which is better than animal protein. It is easily to digest. It contains 18 different amino acids, including 8 essential amino acids that body cannot synthesize by itself , therefore  must be provided through the diet.

Peanut protein flour has good water-solubility and color of whiteness, flat taste and peculiar peanut mild taste. Because of favorable foaming and emulsifying properties, peanut protein flour is widely used as additive of beverage, dairy products, candy, cake, meat food etc, and can increase the content of plant protein in products.
Quantity appended: it can be adjusted according to recipe and usual is 4~25%

Packaging: The product is packed by the polyethylene bag inner with poly-coated paper bags outside. 25kg/bag .

Transporting and storing

The product should be kept from water and wetness when transporting and storing, and not be put and stored together with the smell thing. The best storing temperature is under25 , keeping ventilation and drying. 

Shelf life: 12 months.
