Soy dietary fiber is the 100% natural product made from the soybean cotyledon matrix with high dietary content , and with about 18% function soy protein content , and it is free in smell and flavour .

Soy dietary fiber boasts a high water absorption capacity of 8-10 times, therefore it is very suitable for use in processed and reformed meat industry.  It lends desirable properties such as moisture retention and cooking loss reduction to all meat products formulations. So it is widely used for making sausages ,burgers, bakery products, nutrition food, health food etc. because it is a good emulsifier ,thickener, stabilizer.

Quantity appended: it can be adjusted according to recipe and usual is 3~10%

Packaging The product is packed by the polyethylene bag inner with poly-coated paper bags outside. 25kg/bag .

Transporting and storing

The product should be kept from water and wetness when transporting and storing, and not be put and stored together with the smell thing. The best storing temperature is under25 , keeping ventilation and drying. 

Shelf life: 12 months.
